Decisiv Email - Senior Technical Consultant
Position Purpose:
The Senior Technical Consultant is responsible for the presales and implementation support of Decisiv Email for Recommind's customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and functional pre-installation advice for Decisiv Email to Recommind's customers.
- Install and configure Decisiv Email for Recommind's customers.
- Provide technical and functional support for Decisiv Email to Recommind's customers (particularly up to and including the completion of pilot / proof of concept installations), including:
- first level support for and resolution of technical issues; and
- advice and explanation of functional and configuration options.
- Prioritize and effectively manage customer support calls and requests.
- Work closely with and coordinate tasks with other members of the Decisiv Email team.

Position Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced transactional attorney who has a great business sense to manage our contract processes, including the review and negotiation of our business partnerships and agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Review, negotiate, draft, and amend agreements with customers and business partners Maintain and revise contract template agreements as required
- Review and analyze RFP’s, identify contract risks, draft/negotiate terms and conditions with customers in accordance with corporate policy and procedures

SQA Engineer Search Solutions
As we are experiencing tremendous growth in demand for our products, we are looking to build a development team working in tandem with the main Recommind engineering group in Germany. An associated SQA engineer will likewise be responsible for tests on the software developed by this team in close collaboration with our main QA team. You will
- be responsible for the overall quality of our search solution products during the complete development cycle, starting from the requirements definition process until the software is delivered to the customer,
- prepare a test plan and design test cases for the products,
- organize, manage and perform functional and non-functional tests,
- monitor and report progress to all interested parties and escalate issues as required,
- produce test reports during and at the end of the test phase.
Requirements:

Position Responsibilities:
We are currently restructuring our support organization, and we are looking for an energetic, experienced help desk person to own the support engineer role and scale all support functions within the company as we continue to grow. You must have an interest in information technology and a strong desire to learn on the job.
Your day-to-day duties will include triaging and solving customer support requests. The Professional Services team will provide technical assistance to you, and as your level of knowledge grows you will be able to handle issues independently.
